I am presenting you with a neoclassic sculpture by Antonio Canova: Psyche Revived by Cupid's Kiss.
This is an amazing work of art. The sculpture, first comissioned in 1793, is made of marble and can be
found in the Louvre Museum, in Paris, France. It represents the god Cupid in the height of love and
tenderness, immediately after awakening the lifeless Psyche with a kiss, a scene excerpted from Lucius
Apuleius' The Golden Ass.
