Day 13: A fictional book

The picture of Dorian Gray. Is the most recent book I have finished reading and I enjoy it very much.

How do I got interested in this book? I know it is a classic, but I first came to the realization of the

book when it was mentioned in (500) Days of Summer. So there I go, I bought it and then I read it.

It was amazing, for me, in some parts even scary.

The novel tells tells the story of a young man called Dorian Gray that "sells" his soul in order to be

forever young and beautiful and that instead, the portrait painted by his friend Basil Hallward, receives

the weight of age and sin. If you want to read the book, here is the link.

Day 2: Your favorite movie

Without hesitating, my favorite movie is Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind. I don't get tired of watching it and

every time I watch it again I discover a detailed I passed by in past ocassions, everytime I discover something new

of this movie. That is why I love it, apart from the amazing cast and extraordinary script.

-I know I should be thinking about Mum all the time, and I am. But the truth is, I'm in love and
I was before she died, and there's nothing I can do about it.
-Aren't you a bit young to be in love?
-No.
-Oh, well, okay... right. Well, I mean, I'm a little relieved.
-Why?
-Well, because I thought it would be something worse.
-Worse than the total agony of being in love?
-Oh. No, you're right. Yeah, total agony.

Dear Mr. Vernon: We accept the fact that we had to sacrifice a whole Saturday in detention for whatever it
was we did wrong. But, we think you're crazy to make us write an essay telling you who we think we are. You
see us as you want to see us: in the simplest terms, in the most convenient definitions. But, what we found
out is that each one of us is:

A brain...

And an athlete...

And a basket case...

A princess...

And a criminal.
